1. Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
✅ Prepaid Orders
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Shipping: Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp.
Delivery Estimate: Most orders are delivered within 7–8 business days.
🕒 Pre-Order Items
Certain items may be marked as Pre-Order. Shipping timelines for these are indicated on the product page under the description tab.
These items may take longer to dispatch, depending on production schedules or event dates.
2. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders within India.
COD Orders:
A flat ₹150 shipping charge applies and is non-refundable.
COD orders are typically shipped within 3–4 working days.
3. Returns & Shipping Fee Deduction
In case of approved returns:
A shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund, regardless of payment method.
For COD returns, the original ₹150 COD shipping fee is non-refundable, and ₹100 will be additionally deducted from the refund amount.
4. International Shipping 🌍
We do offer international shipping on select products.
Shipping charges will be applied at actuals, and displayed at checkout or informed upon inquiry.
Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email or WhatsApp.
You may track your package using the courier service’s website or the link provided.
6. Packaging & Handling
All products are packaged securely with care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
We use eco-friendly and tamper-proof packaging wherever possible.
7. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver promptly, delays may occur due to:
Remote or non-serviceable locations
Weather conditions or natural calamities
National holidays or peak season volumes
If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to our support team.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Nrityashiksha is not liable for delays, losses, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
9. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order is received damaged or is missing:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share photos of the packaging and item to assist our investigation.
Resolutions may include a replacement, credit, or refund as per our discretion.
