Returns & Exchanges

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

• Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Only one exchange per order is allowed.

📦 Return Charges: ₹190
📦 Exchange Charges: ₹140
These charges cover reverse pickup costs via third-party delivery partners.

If reverse pickup isn’t available in your area, you may need to ship the product back yourself.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. WhatsApp us at +91-9529381573 with your Order ID.

2. Share clear photos of the product showing the tag and packaging.

3. Once approved, pickup will be arranged in 4–5 working days.

Refunds

• Refunds are initiated after the product passes our quality check.

• Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method in 3–5 working days.

• COD orders: Refunds processed to your bank account within 3–4 working days after we receive your account details.

• COD charges are non-refundable.

• ₹190 will be deducted from the total refund for logistics.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting us via WhatsApp.

• Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible. You may return the item as per our return policy.

• For pre-orders, cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.

Important Notes

• Issues related to damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Returns or exchanges are not available for international orders.

• Refunds will not be issued for items returned in used or damaged condition.
